Maintenance
Would you like to know the current status of your machine and ensure its smooth operation?
We offer maintenance on tablet presses of all manufacturers, including maintenance protocol and maintenance sticker for eccentric and rotary tablet presses.
Calibration
We offer calibration on tablet presses of all manufacturers, including calibration protocol and calibration sticker for eccentric and rotary presses.
The following parameters can be calibrated by us:
- Main compression force – Precompression force – Tamping force – Ejection force – Take off force
- Upper and lower punch stiffness
- Filling (Display or hand wheel) – Penetration depths – Punch separations – Speeds – Hydraulic
- Upper and lower punch force – Stroke numbers – Punch Travel (Eccentric press)
Of course for us the use of certified testing equipment is a must.
Every reading is documented in a calibration protocol you get after finishing.
Repair / Wear- and spare parts
Repair service for tablet presses are another component of our portfolio.
Both individual defective parts and assemblies are repaired.
We also offer a wear and spare parts service for mechanical and electrical components.
Mechanical components come from our own production.

Training
An operator training, which is standard after the SAT of our new machines, you can also order separately from us at any time.
This training is used to repeat and consolidate knowledge about the machine and tabletting.
Even if you have bought a used tablet press from another manufacturer, we would be pleased to support you in this regard.
Trial
Various tablet presses from our portfolio are available for trials with your product. First of all, we clarify the required parameters and the target. During the tests, you will be accompanied by our experienced technicians in order to quickly obtain meaningful results.
Qualification
If a qualification of your machine is required, we will gladly work out the IQ / OQ documents in close cooperation with you.
In doing so, we are relying on well-proven qualification documents from our previous work, which are adapted to changing requirements.
Of course, we are also at your side to help you carry out the qualification.
